Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
● Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
● Tags and packaging must remain intact
● Return request must be made within [5 days] of delivery
Items not eligible for return:
● Final sale products
● Customized or personalized items
● Worn, washed, or damaged garments
Return Process
- Email team@eeeeapparels.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After your return is inspected and approved:
● Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
● Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider
We may reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory availability. If unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
● Contact us within 48 hours
● Include photos of the item and packaging
● We will replace or refund at no cost to you
