Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

      Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

      Tags and packaging must remain intact

      Return request must be made within [5 days] of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

      Final sale products

      Customized or personalized items

      Worn, washed, or damaged garments


Return Process

  1. Email  team@eeeeapparels.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

After your return is inspected and approved:

      Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

      Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider

We may reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


Exchanges

Exchanges depend on inventory availability. If unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

      Contact us within 48 hours

      Include photos of the item and packaging

      We will replace or refund at no cost to you
